The Allegany Nature Pilgrimage is an IRS 501(c)(3) charitable organization registered with the New York State Charities Bureau. We gladly accept tax-deductible donations to advance our mission of nature education and to help make our event affordable to all.

Registration Details

Saturday Dinner: Chicken BBQ and vegetarian dinners can be pre-ordered during online registration only. Orders must be placed by May 20th. The vegetarian meal is a stuffed Portobello mushroom. Both the chicken BBQ and vegetarian meal come with baked beans, macaroni salad and a dinner roll. Desserts and bottled drinks will be available to purchase separately when picking up your meal. $3 for a large cookie and $2 for a beverage. Cash only. 
​Credit Card Payments: You can choose to checkout with credit/debit card or PayPal to process your payment when completing online registration. All payments are in U.S. dollars and all transactions are secure.
Walk-In Registrations: A weekend pass is $50 for adults and day passes are $25. 
Check-in: Pick up your registration packet at the registration table at  Camp Allegany when you arrive. Registration table hours are 10:00am to 7:00pm on Friday and 8:00am to noon on Saturday.  
Refund Policy: Registrations are considered final sales. That said, we understand that emergencies come up. Please contact our registrar to discuss your situation.
